While Michael pursues his dream of becoming a pianist, he is introduced by his brother Danny to brotherhood, drugs and the cutting-edge beats of the Gabber scene.

Seventeen-year-old Michael dreams of a future as a pianist, but his parents don't want to hear anything about that. When he applies to the music academy, he gets through to the second round by the skin of his teeth. In his search for inspiration, his brother Danny introduces him to the Rotterdam gabber scene, at which point Michael is sucked into a world of hardcore beats, brotherhood and drugs.
