Dutch Films Selected for Europe on Screen
See NL takes a look at the huge Dutch line-up at Europe on Screen that takes place in Jakarta, Indonesia
Europe on Screen, the annual European Film Festival in Jakarta, has selected a very large number of films from the Netherlands for its 2021 edition. Seven Dutch feature films and two feature documentaries are presented to Indonesian audiences. The 2021 Europe on Screen edition takes place online from September 15th until the 27th.
The following feature films from the Netherlands are a part of Europe on Screen:
- About That Life* by Shady El-Hamus and The Rogues
- Becoming Mona** by Niels van Koevorden, Sabine Lubbe Bakker and Submarine
- Buladó** by Eché Janga and Keplerfilm
- Gold** by Rogier Hesp and BALDR Film
- Mi Vida** by Norbert ter Hall and Phanta Film
- Mitra** by Kaweh Modiri and BALDR Film
- Porcelain** by Jenneke Boeijink and New Amsterdam Film Company (+ Q&A)
These documentary films also made the selection:
- Dealing with Death by Paul Sin Nam Rigter and Witfilm (+ Q&A)
- Here We Move, Here We Groove** by Sergej Kreso and DOXY
