Summer 1974. Rotterdam. After The Netherlands lose the World Cup final, Jaap Kooiman throws his television out of the window and crushes his mother in law's dog. At which point all hell is let loose. Jaap is arrested and things get so far out of control that he is admitted for observation to a psychiatric clinic by court order. Will wife Nel and best friend Simon manage to save Jaap from this perilous situation?
