12-year-old Ella has previously lived multiple lives in Ghana, Curaçao and Suriname as the immortal, extra-terrestrial Xoxo.

12-year-old Ella has been missing for ten days. Upon her return she claims to have been abducted by two aliens, Ham and Cola. She realises that during her life Ham and Cola have never left her side, but have assisted her throughout her troubled existence. Ella reconstructs the events of her life - discovering her 300-year presence on planet Earth - and finally her true identity.
