Two Dutch short films and two minority co-productions are off to be shown at Visions du Réel in Nyon, Switzerland.

Part of the International Medium Length & Short Film Competition are the short docs Paleontology Lesson by Sergei Loznitsa and Happiness by Fırat Yücel, both world premiering in the section.
Included in Highlights is Flophouse America by Monica Strømdahl, which recently celebrated its world premiere and received a Special Mention at CPH:DOX in Copenhagen.
Lastly, in the Burning Lights Competition, is Tomasz Wolski's The Big Chief, minority co-produced by Atoms & Void. In the film Leopold Trepper, a former Red Army officer and hero of the anti-Nazi resistance, faces a Kafkaesque struggle in 1970s Poland as the demons of anti-Semitism resurface.
